The product to be returned as it arrived: unused, complete, and with care. That way we can check it and give you the best solution ✨

We give you a choice:
- Full refund, directly to your payment method.
- Coupon for you to use on your next purchase and keep diamond painting happily 🖌️
🚚 Who pays for shipping?
We cover it 🙌 If it was our mistake, we take care of everything.
📨 How do I do it?
It's very easy. Just write to us with:
- Your order number.
- A photo of the product and the problem.
- A brief summary of what happened.
Below we explain everything in more detail
⚖️ Right of withdrawal
You have a period of 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to request a return, without needing to give explanations.
To do so, you just need to write to us communicating your decision to withdraw from the purchase.
Once the return is requested, you will have an additional 14 calendar days to send us the product.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal shall not apply to products made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
For this reason, returns due to withdrawal will not be accepted for:
- Products customized with names, texts, colors, designs or characteristics chosen by the customer.
- Products manufactured to order specifically for the customer.
- Items modified or adapted according to the buyer's instructions.
- Any other product that, due to its nature, has been created or personalized specifically for a particular person.
However, this limitation will not affect consumer rights in the event that the received product has manufacturing defects, damage during transport or does not correspond to the item requested.
✅ Return conditions
To accept the return:
The product must be unused and in perfect condition.
It must retain its original packaging, whenever possible.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless there is an error in the order or a defective product.
Once we receive the product and verify that everything is correct, we will issue the corresponding refund using the same payment method used for the purchase.
🚚 Product damaged during transport
If your order arrives damaged or in poor condition due to transport, please write to us as soon as possible (preferably within the first 48 hours after receipt) and include photographs of the product and packaging.
This way we can manage the incident with the transport company and offer you a replacement of the product or the most appropriate solution.
🆘 Order error
If you have received an incorrect product or a missing item, please contact us and we will resolve it as soon as possible.
In these cases, Glitter Kaiju will cover the necessary shipping costs to resolve the problem.
❗Exceptions
As established by current regulations, returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
Personalized products or products manufactured to order according to customer specifications.
Opened or used products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
