All our shipments are made via Certified Mail (Correos Certificado), a secure, tracked service for your complete peace of mind.

Spanish mainland and Balearic Islands
🏷 Shipping costs: €5.50
🎁 Free on orders over €60!

🌍 Shipping to Europe · 10–15 business days

🏷 Shipping costs: €12
🎁 Free on orders over €100!

⚠️ Any additional customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.

⏱ Production and shipping times

All our products are handmade and made-to-order in our workshop.

For this reason, preparation and shipping times may vary depending on the volume of orders we have at any given time.

🟢 Do you see the “Stock Ya” tag?
Products with this tag are already made and ready to be prepared.

Orders containing only products with the “Stock Ya” tag will be shipped within 1-2 business days.

⚠️ Important: If you place an order combining “Stock Ya” products with made-to-order products, the order will not ship until all items have been produced and are ready. In other words, you will have to wait for the production time of the made-to-order items.

📦 Do you have a monthly shipping plan?
If you have signed up for our monthly shipping service, your order will continue to ship once a month, regardless of whether the products you purchase are “Stock Ya” or made-to-order. In this case, your monthly shipment frequency will be maintained.

The delivery times shown during checkout are estimates and not guaranteed.

Once your order is ready, you will receive the corresponding tracking information.

👉 We do not ship on weekends or holidays (even kaijus need to recharge!).
